My background is in taking projects through the full pre-construction design arc — not just producing pretty renderings, but resolving the real constraints: zoning, code, budget, and buildability. Every project I take on is developed to a standard where it can move directly into construction documentation without the design itself being reopened.
I work directly with homeowners, small developers, and business owners — usually as the only architect they need until it's time for permit drawings.
